Click on <strong>Disable Offline use<\/strong> button from Offline Folder File settings.<\/p>\n<p>10. Then, Click <strong>Yes,<\/strong> when prompted.<\/p>\n<p>11. Now, click <strong>Offline Folder File Settings<\/strong> button and then click<\/p>\n<p>12. In pop-up box, click<\/p>\n<p>13. Select Use Cached Exchange mode under Cached Exchange Mode Settings. Click OK.<\/p>\n<p>14. Hit <strong>Finish.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Close all dialog boxes, open Outlook and you will find thta it creates OST file.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Scenario_2_When_The_Exchange_Account_is_Disabled_not_deleted\"><\/span><strong>Scenario 2.
